Hello, my name is Angie Carr, and I am the founder of Foodgoddess50, a wellness business dedicated to helping individuals transform their health. The name “Foodgoddess50” reflects my love for both food and wellness. I believe food plays a key role in living a healthy and vibrant life.
For 20 years, I worked as a nurse, but my own health struggles led me to shift my career. After battling multiple autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammation, high blood pressure, and other health issues, I realized traditional medications weren’t providing lasting relief. Determined to regain control, I turned to a holistic approach.
My Healing Journey
Seven years ago, I began a transformative healing journey. I found a functional medicine doctor who put me on an elimination diet, and I saw immediate improvements. I realized that the foods I ate could either nourish or harm me. This led me to explore holistic health more deeply, studying supplements, antioxidants, diet, frequency technology, and alternative therapies.
I experimented with different wellness practices and products to see what worked best for me. When I found something that made a positive impact, I shared it with others. This approach resonated with many, and I soon gained a following on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Through daily live sessions, I shared my story and educated my followers on holistic health.
I truly believe God guided me to this purpose—to help others achieve their best possible health. So far, I’ve helped thousands of people regain their wellness, and I’m deeply grateful for the chance to make a difference.
